The pharmacy making your Collinlab products are also required by law to collect and disclose certain information when they process prescriptions including compounded prescriptions.

The information required by the pharmacy may be store in electronic databases with access limited to persons issued with secure passwords. Paper records containing sensitive information are stored separately from other pharmacy records or in hard copy form both at our premised and with assistance from our service providers.
